Consideration of rezoning from C-4 to C-4-X, a Conditional Development Permit to demolish an existing Safeway Grocery Store and construct a new Safeway Grocery Store and additional retail and service space, a categorical exemption of a left turn pocket on El Camino Real along the project frontage, and authorization of the City Manager to execute an acknowledgement of termination of an access easement upon demolition of the existing building at 525 and 625 El Camino Real.
