L. Authorization to Issue Addendum to HED Architects. It is recommended the Board approve Addendum 13 for design services for Palo Alto High School for $5,500.
M. Authorization to Issue Addendum to LPA Architects. It is recommended the Board approve Addendum 14 to LPA for design services at Escondido Elementary School for $14,530.
N. Authorization to Purchase Playground Equipment for Fairmeadow Elementary School. It is recommended the Board: 1) Submit to the Division of the State Architect (DSA), 2) Utilize Sourcewell contracts with Miracle Playsystems to purchase accessible playground equipment, and 3) Bid the installation for the Measure Z playground project at Fairmeadow Elementary School.
O. Authorization to Increase the Change Order Contingency for Geological Testing at the Palo Verde Elementary School Project. It is recommended the Board authorize staff to increase the change order contingency to Cornerstone Earth Group by $14,345 for extended geotechnical inspection services.
P. Sufficiency of Instructional Materials Resolution No. 2023-24.04. It is recommended the Board approve Resolution No. 2023-24.04 Sufficiency of Instructional Materials for 2023-24.
Q. Award Notification for College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) Grant. It is recommended the Board approve the CCAP grant award notifications as presented.

A. Authorization to Contract with TELACU Construction Management for Construction Management Services at JLS Middle School Administration, Library Modernization and Expansion Project. It is recommended the Board authorize staff to enter into a contract with TELACU Construction Management (TCM) for construction management services for $1,280,487 and a 10% contingency of $128,048 for related project needs.

A. PAUSD Promise: Every Student Reads Initiative (ESRI) Progress Indicator (PI) 3 Update and i-Ready Checkpoint Year 3. It is recommended the Board discuss and give direction to staff regarding the Progress Indicator (PI) 3 End of Year (EOY) 3% goal increase for the 2023-24 school year.
B. Palo Alto Middle College Program and Foothill College Now! Program. Staff is seeking guidance to determine an implementation plan for a Middle College program and a College Now! program, hosted by Palo Alto Unified School District (PAUSD).
C. 2023-24 Budget Development. It is recommended the Board discuss the budget development process for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 fiscal years.
