Action Item
A. Authorization to Award a Contract for Gunn High School Fire Alarm Project. It is recommended the Board: 1) Authorize staff to award a contract for the installation of the Gunn High School Fire Alarm project to Aram Electric for $1,590,000, 2) Authorize the Superintendent or his designee to approve change orders in an amount not to exceed 10% of the contract, or $159,000, and 3) Approve the project budget of $2,292,000.
