PUBLIC HEARING / QUASI-JUDICIAL. 2850 West Bayshore [21PLN-00177]: Recommendation on Applicant’s Request for a Major Architectural Review to allow for the demolition of an existing office building and construction of 48 townhomes with associated private streets, utilities, landscaping, and amenities. The project also includes a bike lane and 14-foot sound wall along West Bayshore Road. A Conditional Use Permit for residential uses within the ROLM zone district is required. Environmental Assessment: Exempt per CEQA Guidelines Section 15332. Zoning District: ROLM (Research Office and Limited Manufacturing).
