The Project Includes a Request to Begin Operations at 5:00 A.M. and end at 11:00 P.M. The South of Forest Area (SOFA) Coordinated Area Plan Permits By right Hours of Operation From 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. Environmental Assessment: Exempt From the Provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Guidelines Section 15301. Zone District: RT-35 (SOFA II). (APPELLANTS HAVE WITHDRAWN REQUESTS FOR A PUBLIC HEARING).
