PUBLIC HEARING / QUASI-JUDICIAL. 640 Fairmede Avenue [20PLN-00203]: Request for Council Approval of a Preliminary Parcel Map With Exceptions to Divide an Existing 23,000 Square Foot Parcel Into two Approximately 11,500 Square Foot Lots, Larger Than the Maximum Allowed by the Zoning Code, to Facilitate Construction of two new Single-family Residences. Environmental Assessment: Exempt per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 15303 and 15061(b)(3). Zoning District: R-1 (Single Family Residential).
