The Guidelines Will be Used by the Historic Resources Board (HRB) and City Staff When Reviewing Development Applications to Evaluate the Compatibility of Proposed Changes With the Historic Character of Professorville. The HRB Recommends Council Approval of the Guidelines. The Project is Exempt From the Provisions of CEQA per Class 8 Categorical Exemption, Which Applies to Actions Taken by Regulatory Agencies, as Authorized by State or Local Ordinance, to Assure the Maintenance, Restoration, Enhancement, or Protection of the Environment Where the Regulatory Process Involves Procedures for Protection of the Environment
