Midpen Media Center broadcasts community-developed programs on local cable channels, making it the perfect place to make a program that reaches the diverse viewers of our community! Our expert instructor, who has years of experience producing countless shows at Midpen, will guide you through the logistics and technical basics of making a TV show in our high-definition, all-digital studio. You will learn how to structure the program, plan for costumes, sets, and camera movements, and recruit a crew from our list of dedicated Public Access volunteers.

Students will be issued a Midpen Producer’s Handbook that outlines the roles and responsibilities of producers at our studio, and offers a quick guide for how to get your production off the ground. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to take the first step in making your TV show!
