Utilities Advisory Committee Recommendation that the City Council Adopt: 1) a Resolution Approving the Fiscal Year 2016 Wastewater Collection Financial Plan and Amending the Wastewater Collection Utility Reserve Management Practices, and (2) a Resolution Amending Rate Schedules S-1 (Residential Wastewater Collection and Disposal), S-2 (Commercial Wastewater Collection and Disposal), S-6 (Restaurant Wastewater Collection and Disposal) and S-7 (Commercial Wastewater Collection and Disposal – Industrial Discharger) to Increase Average Wastewater Collection Rates by 9 Percent 3. Council Adoption of a Resolution Amending the R-1 Residential Refuse Rates for Fiscal Year 2016 to Cover a New Food Scrap Collection Program and Other Program Costs, and to Incorporate Structural Changes 4.
