4.1 Formalization of Collaboration. (All)

A. Countywide recycled/purified water planning, including potential interties;

B. Disposition of proposed San Jose Water Co./Sunnyvale/Palo Alto/Mountain View MOU;

C. District proposed MOU between District, Palo Alto, and Mountain View; and

D. Proposed MOU between District and Sunnyvale.

4.2 Northwest County Recycled and Purified Water Efforts. (G. Hall/P. Bobel)

A. Update on the Advanced Water Purification System Feasibility Study Project;

B. Update on the Northwest County Recycled Water Strategic Planning Effort; and

2. Palo Alto/District cost sharing agreement

C. Receive Recycled Water Reference Sheet and Map.

A. Recycled Water Projects and extending Sunnyvale purple pipe connection to Mountain View customers

4.4 Update on Recycled and Purified Water Efforts Associated with Sunnyvale’s System. (G. Hall/J. Stufflebean)

A. Potable reuse options;

B. Non-potable reuse options; and

C. Potential interties between Sunnyvale’s system and other recycled water producers.

Receive presentation and discuss next steps.
