I. Approve Addendum 3 to Cypress Engineering for Design Services for the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Project at Nixon Elementary School. It is recommended the Board approve Addendum 3 to Cypress Engineering for design and consulting services in the amount of $258,800 for the Nixon HVAC Replacement Project.
J. Approval of Addendum for Construction Management Services to Cumming Group for Phase 2 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) at Multiple Sites. It is recommended the Board authorize staff to issue an Addendum for Construction Management Services to Cumming Group for Phase Two Elementary HVAC in the amount of $1,168,000.
K. Approve Addendum 1 to American Consulting Engineers Electrical, Inc. for Fire Alarm Design at Fairmeadow Elementary School. It is recommended the Board approve Addendum 1 to American Consulting Engineers Electrical, Inc. (ACEE) to design a new fire alarm system for Fairmeadow Elementary School for $106,000.
L. Career Technical Education Incentive Grant (CTEIG) Award for the 2025-26 School Year. It is recommended the Board approve the grant award notification as presented.
M. 2024-25 School Accountability Report Cards (SARCs) for the 2025-26 Reporting Year. It is recommended the Board approve the submission of the attached 2024-25 SARCs for the 2025-26 reporting year to the California Department of Education (CDE).
