Approval of Consent Calendar

A. Certificated Personnel Items:It is recommended the Board approve the certificated personnel items as presented.

B. Classified Personnel Items: It is recommended the Board approve the classified personnel items as presented.

C. Approval of Minutes for December 14, 2021, Regular Board Meeting: It is recommended the Board approve the minutes for December 14, 2021, Regular Board Meeting.

D. Board of Education Committee Assignments for 2022. It is recommended the Board approve the committee assignments for 2022.

E. Approval of December Warrants and Purchase Orders.It is recommended the Board approve the December warrants and purchase orders as presented.

F. Appointment of Ten Members to the Citizens’ Oversight Committee for the Measure O Parcel Tax. It is recommended the Board appoint ten members to the Citizens’ Oversight Committee for the Measure O Parcel Tax starting on January 18, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2027.

G. Authorization to Issue an Addendum to HED Architects (HED) for Design Services for Temporary Administrative Facilities at Gunn and Palo Alto High Schools and New Water Service for Palo Alto High School (Paly). It is recommended the Board approve issuing an Addendum to HED for design services for temporary administrative facilities at Gunn and Palo Alto high schools and new water service for Palo Alto High School (Paly).

H. Approval of Sale/Disposal of Maintenance Vehicles. It is recommended the Board: 1) Declare the items as surplus to future operations of the District, and 2) Direct that the surplus items be disposed of by sale, donation, or disposal.

I. Authorization to Submit Plans to Division of the State Architect (DSA), File for California Environment Quality Act (CEQA) Exemption, and Solicit Bids for a Temporary Elementary School Site at Greendell. It is recommended the Board authorize staff to submit plans for review by DSA, file for CEQA exemption, and solicit bids for the temporary elementary school site at Greendell.
