  • Establishment of regular check points regarding priority goals and initiatives

  • Conducting of Board meetings (streamlining, sharing of information, presentations, etc.)



Open Forum



  • District priority goals
  • Status and handling of Public Records Act requests



  • Confirmation, purpose, and composition of District Committees and Task Forces



  • Use, frequency, and purpose of Study Sessions



  • Budget process (calendar, priorities, information, etc.)
  • Establish Board calendar of predictable agenda items
  • Board role in personnel issues
  • Board role in hiring
