Approval of Consent Calendar

A. Certificated Personnel Items:It is recommended the Board approve the certificated personnel items as presented.

C. Approval of Minutes for October 19, 2021, Regular Board Meeting: It is recommended the Board approve the minutes for October 19, 2021, Regular Board Meeting.

D. Approval of October Purchase Orders: It is recommended the Board approve the purchase orders as presented.

E. Project Scope, Budget, and Authorization to Bid Repairs to the Pool at Greene Middle School: It is recommended the Board approve the proposed project scope and budget, and authorize staff to bid repair work for the pool at Greene middle school.

Action Items

A. Approval of Project Scope, Initial Budget, and Authorization to Proceed with Design for Temporary Classrooms at Greendell and Cubberley Sites: It is recommended the Board approve the proposed project scope, initial budget and transfer, and authorize staff to proceed with design work for temporary classrooms at Greendell and Cubberley sites.

 

 

B. Future Cubberley Site Goals and Hoover Elementary School Project Redesign: It is recommended the Board approve the following: 1) Revise previous long-term goals for Cubberley to eliminate relocation of the District Office; eliminate PAUSD employee housing; and prioritize retaining 20 or more acres for a future school site, and 2)​ Proceed with design work for Option D to redesign the Hoover Elementary project.

 

 

Discussion Items

A. Approval of Scope, Budget, and Budget Transfer for Infrastructure Repairs at the A and B Wings at the Cubberley Site: It is recommended the Board approve the infrastructure repairs at Cubberley and the budget transfer of $200,000 from the Measure A budget reserve fund to the Cubberley School Buildings A and B modernization project to conduct repairs.
