J. Authorization to Submit Plans to the Division of the State Architect (DSA) for New Administration and Library Buildings at J.L. Stanford Middle School (JLS): It is recommended the Board authorize staff to submit plans to the Division of the State Architect for a new administration and library building at J.L. Stanford Middle School.
K. Authorization to Award a Contract to Syserco for the Global Controller Upgrade and Economizer Control Projects: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to award a contract to Syserco for the Global Controller upgrade and Economizer Control Projects.

A. Approval of Amendment to SVA Architects (SVA) Master Agreement for Design Services for a Temporary Elementary School Site at the Greendell and Cubberley Sites: It is recommended the Board approve an amendment to the SVA master agreement for design services for a temporary elementary school site at the Greendell and Cubberley sites.


B. County Committee on School District Election: It is recommended the Board: 1) Waive the two-meeting rule, and 2) Elect members of the Santa Clara County Committee on School District Organization for the District 1, 3, and 5 seats.

A. Authorization to Bid the Tower Renovation Project at Palo Alto High School: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to solicit bids for the Tower Renovation project at Palo Alto High School.


B. Authorization to Issue an Addendum to LPA, Inc. (LPA) Master Agreement for Design Services for a New Hoover Elementary School (Hoover): It is recommended the Board approve the issuance of an addendum to the LPA master agreement for design services for a new Hoover elementary school for $3,345,064.


C. Fletcher Enrollment Lottery: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to hold an intra-district limited lottery for students in grades 6-8 to attend Fletcher Middle School.


D. Educator Effectiveness 2021 Block Grant: It is recommended the Board review and discuss the plan for Educator Effectiveness 2021 Block Grant funds.
