Approval of Consent Calendar

A. Tentative Agreement with Palo Alto Education Association (PAEA): It is recommended the Board approve the Tentative Agreement between Palo Alto Unified School District (PAUSD) and Palo Alto Education Association (PAEA), October 15, 2019, Article VI: Compensation and Benefits and Article II Term Completion of 2019-20 Negotiations.

B. Tentative Agreement with California School Employees Association (CSEA): It is recommended the Board approve the Tentative Agreement between Palo Alto Unified School District and CSEA Chapter #301 for the 2019-20 School Year, Article VI Compensation and Benefits.

C. Agreement with Non-Represented Groups: Palo Alto Management Association (PAMA) and Confidential Supervisory: It is recommended the Board approve the financial terms of Compensation and Benefits.

A. Authorization to Bid the Refresh of the Wired Network Infrastructure: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to solicit bids for the refresh of the wired network infrastructure.

B. Authorization to Bid the Refresh of the Uninterruptible Power Supply Equipment: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to solicit bids for the refresh of the uninterruptible power supply equipment.
