Approval of Consent Calendar

A. Certificated Personnel Items: It is recommended the Board approve the certificated personnel items as presented.

B. Classified Personnel Items: It is recommended the Board approve the classified personnel items as presented.

C. Salary Schedules 2019-20: It is recommended the Board approve the 2019-20 Salary Schedules.

D. Approval of Job Descriptions: It is recommended the Board approve the reinstatement of the following job descriptions for: Associate Superintendent, Educational Services; Director of Educational Services-Secondary Education; and Secretary to Associate Superintendent.

E. Amendment to the Employment Agreement for Assistant Superintendent of Education Services-Secondary: It is recommended the Board approve the following amendment to the Employment Agreement of Ms. Sharon Ofek as the Associate Superintendent of Palo Alto Unified School District for the term of January 29, 2020-June 30, 2021.

M. Legal Services Agreement with Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth: It is recommended the Board approve the legal services agreement with Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth related to legal services for the preparation of the parcel tax measure.
