D. Approval of Minutes:
It is recommended the Board approve the minutes for December 12, 2017, special Board meeting.

A. Dyslexia Resolution No. 2017-18.09:
It is recommended the Board acknowledge dyslexia has significant educational implications that must be addressed and establish a commitment to the work that must be done at the District and site level. It is further recommended the Board approve the Dyslexia Resolution certifying the commitment to supporting educators and families in addressing the needs of students with dyslexia. ACTION
This item is being presented to inform the Board of the progress and plans to implement the California Dyslexia Guidelines. It is recommended the Board discuss the implementation guidelines.
It is recommended the Board approve the attached comment letter
D. Grant Road County Housing Plan:
It is recommended that: The Board of Education expresses its appreciation and interest in further developing this proposal for teacher housing and 2) The Board of Education authorizes PAUSD staff to work with County staff, the City and other area school district staff in a cooperative structuring of this housing effort.
This item is to provide an update to the Board and community regarding initial efforts and progress toward meeting the Established Priorities within District Goals for this academic year.
F. Term Limits:
It is recommended the Board discuss a proposal to limit board member terms and identify actions to follow.
