N. Authorization to Purchase Air Conditioning Units for the Gunn High School Titan Gym Air Conditioning Project: It is recommended the Board authorize the purchase, through Grainger, of two Trane Air Conditioning Units under Grainger’s CMAS agreement in the amount of $173,950.

B. Approval of Conceptual Designs for the JLS Middle School Library and Administration Building Project, Architect and Construction Management Contracts for Full Services through Construction, the Budget and Transfers to Fund the Projects, and Authorization to File for CEQA Exemptions: Subject to the results of discussion at this Board meeting, it will be recommended that the Board of Education approve: 1) The conceptual design and scope of the project for the JLS Middle School Library and Administration project, 2) The full project budgets and transfer of funds from the Measure Z Middle Schools Reserve, 3) An addendum with SVA Architects for architectural design services, 4) An addendum with fs3|Hodges for project and construction management services, and 5) Authorization to file for the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Exemptions.
