A. Certificated Personnel Items: It is recommended the Board approve the certificated personnel items as presented.

C. Approval of Minutes for March 8, 2022, Regular Board Meeting: It is recommended the Board approve the minutes for March 8, 2022, Regular Board Meeting.
D. Approval of February Warrants and Purchase Orders: It is recommended the Board approve the February warrants and purchase orders as presented.
E. Authorization to Bid Cubberley Temporary School Site Projects: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to bid the following projects: 1) Cubberley parking lot repairs, 2) Cubberley relocatable restroom for adult education, 3) Fire alarm upgrade for the Cubberley Pavilion, and 4) Electrical infrastructure upgrade. – MOVED TO ACTION
F. Approve Quote and Award a Piggyback Contract to Enviroplex, Inc., For a New 12’ x 40’ Relocatable Unisex Restroom Building: It is recommended the Board approve the quote and award the contract with Enviroplex, Inc. for a new 12’ x 40’ relocatable unisex restroom building using the Merced River School District Piggyback Award.
G. Annual Authorization to Purchase School Site Technical Equipment: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to purchase technology during the 2022-23 fiscal year in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.
H. Board Policy (BP) 5148.3 Preschool/Early Childhood Education: It is recommended the Board approve BP 5148.3 Preschool/Early Childhood Education.

Authorization to Purchase Heat Pumps and Associated Equipment for the Greene Middle School Heating, Ventilating, and Cooling (HVAC) Project for $360,723 from Sigler Wholesale Distributors: It is recommended the Board approve the purchase of heat pumps and associated equipment for the Greene HVAC project for $360,723 from Sigler.
