Approval of Consent Calendar

A. Certificated Personnel Items: It is recommended the Board approve the certificated personnel items as presented.

B. Classified Personnel Items: It is recommended the Board approve the classified personnel items as presented.

C. Approval of Minutes: It is recommended the Board approve the minutes for March 12, 2020, Emergency Board Meeting.

D. Approval of Minutes: It is recommended the Board approve the minutes for March 17, 2020, Regular Board Meeting.

E. Approval of February Warrants and Purchase Orders: It is recommended the Board approve the February warrants and purchase orders as presented.

F. Appointment of Bond Citizens’ Oversight Committee (COC) Members: It is recommended the Board appoint the following members to the Bond COC.

G. Appointment of Independent Auditors for the Strong Schools Bond Program: It is recommended the Board appoint the firm of Eide Bailly to perform the financial and performance audits of the PAUSD Strong Schools Bond Program for the years 2019-20, 2020-21, and 2021-22.

A. Approval of the Conceptual Designs for the Palo Verde Multipurpose and Administration Building Project and Architect and Construction Management Contracts for Full Services through Construction, the Budget and Transfers to Fund the Projects, and Authorization to File for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Exemptions: It is recommended the Board approve: 1) The conceptual design and scope of the project for the Palo Verde Multipurpose and Administration Building project, 2) The full project budgets and transfer of funds from the Measure Z Elementary Reserve, 3) An addendum with SVA Architects for architectural design services, 4) An addendum with fs3|Hodges for project and construction management services, and 5) Authorization to file for CEQA exemptions.

 

B. Approval of the Conceptual Design for the Fletcher Middle School Classroom Building Project and Architect and Construction Management Contracts for Full Services through Construction, the Budget and Transfers to Fund the Projects, and Authorization to File for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Exemptions: It is recommended the Board approve: 1) The conceptual design and scope of the project for the Fletcher Middle School classroom building, 2) The full project budgets and transfer of funds from the Measure Z Middle School Reserve, 3) An addendum with SVA Architects for architectural design services, 4) An addendum with fs3|Hodges for project and construction management services and, 5) Authorization to file for CEQA Exemptions.
