Action Item
A. Approval of Schematic Design for El Carmelo Elementary School Multi-Purpose Building: It is recommended the Board approve the schematic design for the multi-purpose building project at El Carmelo Elementary School.
B. Authorization to Award the Installation of Interim Classroom Portables at Hoover Elementary School: It is recommended the Board: 1) Authorize staff to award a contract to BRCO for the installation of seven portables at Hoover Elementary School, and 2) Authorize the Superintendent or his designee to execute change orders in the amount not to exceed 10%.
C. 2019 CSBA Delegate Assembly Run-off Election: It is recommended the Board vote for a candidate on the run-off ballot for election to the Delegate Assembly.

A. Extension of the Lease of the 525 San Antonio Site to Athena Academy: It is recommended the Board approve a one-year extension in the current lease for 525 San Antonio.
B. Authorization to Bid Summer Maintenance Projects: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to solicit bids for the summer maintenance projects listed below.
C. Authorization to Award the Contract for a Website Content Management Solution to Active Internet Technologies dba Finalsite: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to enter into a contract with Active Internet Technologies dba Finalsite for the creation, installation, and hosting of a website content management system for all PAUSD public-facing websites.
D. Sale of Surplus Equipment: It is recommended the Board: 1) Declare the items as surplus to future operations of the District, and 2) Direct the surplus items be sold by auction or disposed of.
E. Approval of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Palo Alto Management Association (PAMA): It is recommended the Board review the MOU with PAMA.
