A. Tentative Agreement with Palo Alto Educators Association (PAEA): It is recommended the Board approve the Tentative Agreement with PAEA.
B. Approval of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Palo Alto Management Association (PAMA): It is recommended the Board: 1) Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Palo Alto Management Association (PAMA) 2) Approve the financial terms of compensation increase detailed below.


C. School Funding and Mitigation Agreement: Stanford University: It is recommended the Board accept the request of Stanford University to pause the proposed School Funding and Mitigation agreement.


D. Resolution No. 2018-19.13 Requesting Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara to Establish Tax Rate for Bonds of the Palo Alto Unified School District Expected to be Sold During Fiscal Year 2019-20, and Authorizing Necessary Actions in Connection Therewith: It is recommended the Board: 1) Waive the two-meeting rule in the interest of meeting the County deadline 2) Approve Resolution No. 2018-19.13.

D. History-Social Science Instructional Materials Recommendation for World History and Contemporary World History Instructional Materials for Henry M. Gunn High School and Palo Alto High School: It is recommended the Board adopt the Cengage World History 9th Edition and its supplementary primary source text, The Human Record, Volume II.


E. Approve Budget Allocation for Measure Z: It is recommended the Board approve the attached budget for the Measure Z – Strong Schools Bond.


F. Authorization to Award an Architectural Services Contract in the Amount of $115,000 to Verde Design for the Replacement of the Turf Fields at Palo Alto and Gunn High School: It is recommended the Board authorize award of a design contract in the amount of $115,000 to Verde Design for architectural services for the replacement of the artificial turf football field and soccer/lacrosse field at Palo Alto High School and the football field at Gunn High School.


I. Student Nutrition Services Consultant Contract for 2019-20: It is recommended the Board renew the food service management and consulting contract with Sodexo for 2019-20.
