B. Approval of Agenda Order
A. Two-Meeting Approval Rule Waiver: It is recommended the Board waive the two-meeting rule for agenda items 2B, 2C, and 2D.
B. Assembly Bill 104 (AB 104) – Pupil Instruction: Retention, Grade Changes, and Exemptions: It is recommended the Board: 1) Suspend existing Board Policy 5123 Retention, 2) Adopt temporary Board Policy 5123 Retention, 3) Suspend existing Board Policy 6146.1 High School Graduation Requirements, and 4) Adopt temporary Board Policy 6146.1 High School Graduation Requirements.
C. Assembly Bill 130 (AB 130) – Independent Study: It is recommended the Board align with CSBA by adopting the proposed BP 6158.
D. Contract with Stride Learning Solutions for Virtual Independent Study Program: It is recommended the Board approve the contract between Stride Learning Solutions and PAUSD.
