Approval of Consent Calendar

A. Certificated Personnel Items: It is recommended the Board approve the certificated personnel items as presented.

B. Classified Personnel Items: It is recommended the Board approve the classified personnel items as presented.

C. Approval of Minutes for June 22, 2021, Regular Board Meeting: It is recommended the Board approve the minutes for June 22, 2021, Regular Board Meeting.

D. Approval of Minutes for July 29, 2021, Special Board Meeting: It is recommended the Board approve the minutes for July 29, 2021, Special Board Meeting.

E. Approval of June and July Warrants and Purchase Orders: It is recommended the Board approve the June and July warrants and purchase orders as presented.

F. Ratification of Representatives to the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Central Coast Section (CCS) League: It is recommended the Board approve the 2021-22 California Interscholastic Federation-Central Coast Section (CIF-CCS) representative appointments for Henry M. A. 2020-21 Unaudited Actuals and Budget Update for 2021-22: It is recommended the Board: 1) Approve the filing of the 2020-21 Unaudited Actuals Financial Report to the County Superintendent of Schools, 2) Adopt Resolution No. 2021-22.02 to establish the Appropriation Limit for 2021-22 and reestablish the Gann Appropriation Limit for 2020-21 as presented, 3) Approve the Education Protection Account spending plan for 2020-21, and 4) Receive information on the updates to the 2021-22 adopted budget as presented.

 

 

B. Student Activity Special Revenue Fund Resolution No. 2021-22.01: It is recommended the Board approve the Student Activity Special Revenue Fund Resolution No. 2021-22.01.

 

 

C. Rejection of All Bids for the Construction of the El Carmelo Elementary School Multi-Purpose Building Project. It is recommended the Board reject all bids for the El Carmelo Elementary School project and authorize staff to re-bid the project.

 

 

D. Authorization to Submit Plans to the Division of the State Architect (DSA) for Gunn High School Buildings A, B, and K Renovation, Fletcher Middle School, and Palo Verde Elementary School Projects: It is recommended the Board authorize staff to submit plans for the Gunn High School Buildings A, B, and K Renovation, Fletcher Middle School, and Palo Verde Elementary School projects to DSA for approval.
