A. Approval to Contracts for Special Testing and Inspection, Inspection of Record (IOR), and Construction Management Services for Gunn High School Central Building Project: Pending discussion at this meeting, it is recommended the Board approve awarding these contracts at a future meeting. DISCUSSION

 

 

B. Authorization to Expend $195,000 to Maintain SmartBoard Projection Systems: Staff will make a presentation about replacement projectors and installation for District SmartBoards. The Board will discuss and consider action at a future meeting. DISCUSSION

 

 

C. Authorization to Award the Contract to Impact Modular in the Amount of $154,610 for a Day Care Modular Building and Building Upgrades at Escondido Elementary School: It is recommended the Board award a contract to Impact Modular in the amount of $154,610. The donation funding this contract was approved at the February 28, 2017, regular meeting. ACTION

 

 

D. 2017-18 Budget Balancing Plan: Staff will make a presentation about the potential 2017-18 budget solutions. The Board will discuss and then consider action at a future meeting. DISCUSSION
