4. The Planning and Transportation Commission will Consider a Recommendation to the City Council for Adoption of a Draft Ordinance to Update the City’s Below Market Rate Program and Adopt Affordable Housing Impact/In Lieu Fees for Commercial and Residential Construction by Repealing Municipal Code Sections 16.47 (non-residential projects) and 18.14 (residential projects) and Adding a new Section 16.65(Citywide Affordable Housing Requirements). The Proposed Ordinance is Exempt From the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per 15378(b)(4) and 15305. (Continued from August 31, 2016)

 

 

5. The Planning and Transportation Commission will Consider a Recommendation to the City Council for Adoption of an Ordinance to Update the City’s Municipal Code Sections Regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (Second Dwelling Units) for Compliance with Recent State Laws and Other Changes to Encourage Construction of Accessory Dwelling Units. The Proposed Ordinance is Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Sections 15301 and 15303.
