Study Session

1. Downtown Development Cap Update:  Continued Study session discussion on Phase 1 of the “Downtown Development Cap Study”. The PTC previously discussed this item on December 10, 2014. This item is being placed on the agenda again to provide additional opportunities for the PTC and public to comment on the study. 3. Planning and Transportation Commission’s Recommend Work Plan Priorities for Calendar Year 2015:  The City Council adopts work plan priorities for the Planning and Community Environment Department in January.
