With our industry standard equipment and studio, and our dedicated staff of instructors, we are here to help you build a custom curriculum in film, animation, acting, and other visual media.

The Media Center is fortunate to have both a full TV/film studio with industry standard equipment and a passionate staff of teachers and organizers who love helping people learn filmmaking, acting, animation, and more through fun, career-oriented, hands-on experiences where students make their own movies. We would love to work with your school to offer a media and film training program.
In addition to teaching the technical aspects of making a motion picture, our classes also fulfill general educational goals that make students into motivated, communicative, confident, and highly literate individuals.Through our unique group focused and project-based learning approach, we give students a chance to:

build their skills in the effective and ethical use of burgeoning technologies (such as Artificial Intelligence) as well as existing tech (such as cameras and digital media software like the Adobe creative apps)
We are very flexible, and can work with your administration and teachers to craft a bespoke curriculum to fit your pedagogical needs. Our classes can be anything from a week-long all-day bootcamp to an ongoing workshop that meets once per week for an hour, and they can be held at our studio or we can bring some of our equipment to you so students do not need to travel. Additionally, we can work with your teachers to fit the film class into your existing curricula. In short, we can fit our program into just about any school, class, or curriculum.
