4. Staff Recommendation that the Utilities Advisory Commission Recommend that Council Adopt a Resolution Amending Water, Gas and Wastewater Connection and Capacity Fees and Miscellaneous Utility Charges (Utility Rate Schedules G-5, W-5, S-5 and C-1)

Staff Recommendation that the Utilities Advisory Commission Recommend that Council Continue the Palo Alto Clean Local Energy Accessible Now (CLEAN) Program at the Rate of 16.5 cents per Kilowatt-hour for a 20-Year Contract and a Program Cap of 3 Megawatts, Add a 25-Year Contract Term Option, and Expand CLEAN Program Eligibility to Non-Solar Renewable Energy Resources
2. Staff Recommendation that the Utilities Advisory Commission Recommend that Council Establish a Local Community Solar Program, Including the Use of the Environmental Attributes Generated via the Program, and the Program’s Power Purchase Agreement Rate, Capacity and Term
