Staff Recommendation that the Utilities Advisory Commission Recommend that Council Continue the Palo Alto Clean Local Energy Accessible Now (CLEAN) Program at the Rate of 16.5 cents per Kilowatt-hour for a 20-Year Contract and a Program Cap of 3 Megawatts, Add a 25-Year Contract Term Option, and Expand CLEAN Program Eligibility to Non-Solar Renewable Energy Resources
