We must receive full payment in person or by mail at least four working days before the class starts, in order to accept your registration.
You must notify us at least four working days prior to a class if you need to reschedule or cancel. A $10 administrative fee is charged for refunds. No refunds will be given during the three days prior to the class or after the first session under any circumstances.
The Media Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if our minimum of pre-registered students is not met. In the event of a cancellation, students will be rescheduled for another class or given a full refund.
The Media Center will not turn anyone away for lack of funds. If the class fee is a financial hardship, you can apply for a scholarship. Download a Scholarship Form here and call the Executive Director to schedule a meeting.
